How do I track my package?
Simply enter your tracking number in the search box above and click Track. You'll see real-time updates including the current location, status, and estimated delivery date.
What does a tracking number look like?
Velox tracking numbers typically start with "VX" followed by 6 digits (e.g., VX123456). You'll find it on your shipping confirmation email or receipt.
Why is my tracking number not working?
If your tracking number isn't recognized, it may not have been scanned into our system yet. Please wait 24-48 hours after shipping and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?
Yes, you can track up to 10 shipments simultaneously by entering multiple tracking numbers separated by commas in the search box.
